Damon Tompkins is CEO of Pathlock, where he leads the company’s strategy for application identity governance and access control across complex enterprise environments. His work focuses on helping organizations manage risk and compliance across business-critical systems such as SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise platforms.
Damon brings more than 30 years of experience in cybersecurity, identity governance, and enterprise software. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Pathlock.
