Rohon Kundu

Rohon is the CEO and Founder of NodeX Cloud AB, which provides a decentralized cloud storage solution. Rohon is a final-year Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Electrical and Information Technology, Lund University (LTH) in Sweden. He has over four years of research experience in Cybersecurity, focusing on Decentralized Cloud Storage, Cryptography, AI Agent Security, Blockchain, and Self-Sovereign Identity. He is currently analyzing the security of AI Agent applications in the financial sector and designing blockchain-based solutions.

Throughout his research, Rohon has published at leading conferences, filed a patent, and presented at events like IEEE ICPADS, IEEE CLOUD, ICISSP. He has been invited as a keynote speaker at the World Summit on Web 3.0 and Artificial Intelligence and has spoken at the European Identity and Cloud Conference. His work on mitigating ransomware attacks using blockchain won the SEB Open Innovation Challenge Award held in Stockholm, and he was part of a team that won third prize at a hackathon hosted by the European Blockchain Center in Copenhagen for developing an AI agent-based payment solution using Self-Sovereign Identity.

Rohon holds a Licentiate in Engineering from Lund University (focusing on Cybersecurity and Blockchain) and previously received the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship to pursue an International Double Master’s Degree (ALGANT) in Mathematics with a focus on Cryptography at Universität Regensburg in Germany and the University of Milan in Italy.
