Vanessa Schweihofer

Vanessa joined KuppingerCole in April 2022 and serves as Chief Customer Officer. She leads the Customer Success team with a strategic focus on long-term client satisfaction, value realization, and sustainable growth. Alongside Customer Success, Vanessa also drives the development of Strategic Partnerships, overseeing and advancing these collaborations to deliver greater impact for clients and partners alike.

Before joining KuppingerCole, she spent five years at an IT security software provider, most recently as Head of Channel, where she gained deep expertise in partner management and go-to-market strategy.
